Driven by Precision.
Precision Digital Printing is a digital print production company in Jonesboro, Arkansas. We print and finish corrugated displays, signage, and retail graphics for national brands — on equipment most people have never had the chance to run. No print experience is required. We train you from day one, and your pay rises with every certification you earn.
We are hiring for both shifts. Each is a full eight paid hours with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks, and the two shifts hand off to each other at 2:30 PM.

Production Operator Lead Operator Production Supervisor Operations Manager
Our operators run the machines that turn approved artwork into finished, retail-ready print: an EFI Nozomi C18000 direct-to-board press, an Elitron Kombo TAV-R cutting and creasing system, a TEC Lighting MegaCoater XL UV coater, and a sheet slitter. Every operator owns safe setup, clean and accurate output, machine cleaning, and routine preventative maintenance.
We hire for aptitude and reliability first. Any hands-on background helps — manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, construction, the trades, or military service — but we'll train the right person with none of it.
Shows up, follows procedures, works safely around equipment.
Comfortable with tools, machines, and hands-on work.
Can read a tape measure and calipers; checks their own work.
Willing to learn computer-based machine controls.
Communicates on shift handoffs; helps train newer operators.
Wants to earn certifications and move up.
Takes about ten minutes. Every new hire starts with a 90-day probationary period with weekly evaluations, and all offers are contingent on a background check and drug screen.
